提前四个月定的,价格很合理,酒店地理位置无敌,乌节路黄金地段,周边商场林立,下楼就是逛,餐厅,咖啡馆很多,随便吃不踩雷,711,地铁站,公交车站步行都在1分钟的距离。房间很大,餐具,洗衣机,烘干机一应俱全,可以做饭,健身房和泳池都很不错,早餐虽然种类不多但完全够用,味道也还行,工作人员都非常热情,一个非常不错的公寓酒店
第三次入住,前两次都是直接从他们官网预定的,体验还行,已经是Titanium会员。这次带孩子和家人到新加坡,开始官网看那段时间没房,后来过几天看到携程又有就直接定了。
体验非常差,提前说了尽量安排楼层高点安静的房间,到了是最低楼层(3楼),旁边就是建筑工地。问带我们入住的员工有没有房,他说他要看一下,我正好要去买点东西就和他一起下去了,然后他让我去买东西回来就看好了。等我回来他下班了( ̄∇ ̄),换了个人问就是没有房间啦,要换就等几天看咯。我就找了携程客服,和他们沟通过之后又有了???说实话真没有房间我都还能理解,这种有就是不给你的让我很难理解,只能说明携程和他们关系不好吧,携程会员只能给最差的。太生气了!!!
入住没几天热水器半夜坏了漏水一晚上没睡好
住的靠路边8楼,周末能听到外面音乐声(路上噪声就不说了当白噪声),大人倒是还好,如果带小朋友非常不推荐,因为小朋友入睡早会受到影响。
总之非常不推荐
以及自己定还有个接送机服务,从携程是没有的

对于其他可能预订这家酒店的人来说,请记住周末是没有客房服务的。所以如果你在周末入住,就像我一样,那就有四天没有免费补给,比如茶包、干净毛巾、垃圾清理等。不过他们有客人休息室,你可以随时去那里喝杯茶。🍵
对我来说,第一天相当沮丧和失望。我们房间的视野很差,不仅正对着另一栋建筑,而且空间也非常小。这是一次和父母的家庭旅行,我感觉非常糟糕,尤其是在预订这家酒店之前我已经做了充分的酒店研究。我甚至想过放弃全额付款并换一家酒店。感谢Alyson和Julian,一位留着黑色短发、笑容灿烂的优雅女士和她善良的同事,她们在第二天帮我们换了一个好得多的房间。不得不说,她们把我从这次旅行的压力和焦虑中解救了出来。我真心真意地感谢她们的热情款待和善良。非常感谢她们,并祝她们一切顺利!(我把这张写有名字的纸条留着,当作我的幸运符:)
位置:酒店位置极好!步行去乌节路几大商场都很近 楼下就能直接通往地铁站和313商场 各种饭店超市 旁边商场也有两个儿童乐园可以遛娃。
卫生:公寓很新 打扫得也很干净 就是有点小气的是 胶囊咖啡和身体乳只在入住的第一天给了 后面6天都没有再给补充
早餐:款式比较少 但是每天会换 口味马马虎虎吧
弊端:如果碰到晚上下雨 那真的很崩溃!因为雨滴会敲的外立面金属板噼里啪啦响 那真是跟在你耳边敲一晚上锣一样 太夸张了 叮叮当当一晚上 怎么会这样设计。。不幸的是我们在的四个晚上都在下大雨 晚上能被吵醒很多回 睡不好。。

空调系统也很好 完全不会吹到床上 感觉到风吹
房间够大,设施齐全, 环境卫生,但是早餐一般,入住时前台服务很慢沟通太久,尤其是住到第十天突然水管破裂大漏水,要求换房但是前台一直推诿说还要评估才能换,满地淹水怎么继续住,后来才心不甘情不愿换房, 我们住了十几天,可惜服务还要加强
酒店位于市中心,交通非常便利,捷运就在旁边,离公交车站也只要两分钟。
我们大小5个人,带娃常住的话,市中心繁华地段的首选,交通方便,又有两个卧室。
就是早餐比较简单,不过可以接受,够用。
设施:房间内有客厅和餐厅,冰箱餐具一应俱全,房间的床和被子超级舒服,还有洗烘一体机,出行非常方便。
酒店2楼有早餐区,有泳池和健身房,11楼有公共客厅,有按摩椅有台球桌。
卫生:房间和公共区域都非常干净,洁癖队友也无可挑剔的程度。
环境:在somerset地铁附近,附近也有公交车站,能直达圣淘沙和滨海湾花园,楼下就是313,有的逛有的吃,很方便。
服务:服务超赞,早餐选择不多但品质不错。
除了价格有点贵,其他无可挑剔。
