酒店位置非常便利,临近轻轨站和码头,步行5分钟即可抵达。工作人员服务热情周到,客服服务迅速。泳池大且漂亮。
设施、环境、卫生:
酒店位于河边,有自己的shuttle boat到对岸的icon siam 。酒店规模很大,有两栋楼,高层景色不错。大堂气派,房间岁月痕迹明显,家俱、地板、桌子,到处都是划痕,灯罩上全是灰尘,卫生间地砖、墙砖、壁纸老化破损。对标河对岸同样年久的半岛酒店,家俱保养极好,全屋木质家俱、地板没有划痕,卫生间干净致极,目力所及一尘不染,处处彰显老牌奢华酒店的韵味。我对半岛酒店的管理由衷佩服!
服务:
酒店一些前台人员缺少基本素养,一边给客人办理入住一边和同事聊天,办理速度极慢,且没有介绍任何酒店情况,包括shuttle boat、wifi使用等最基本事项。是我们此行泰国入住4家酒店唯一一家没有礼貌的前台。导致我们办理入住时对酒店印象分大打折扣。但排队办理入住时,一位类似导引员的工作人员,却体现出了泰国人特有的礼貌和热情。门口礼宾人员同样热情有礼貌,每次进出酒店都能看到他们热情洋溢的笑脸,感受到泰国的热情。
优势:
酒店属于老城区,步行3-5分钟,即可到达一条繁华的街区,有很多中华老字号,类似小唐人街,其中一家"茂和凉茶"格外地道,老板是华人,我们连续光顾了四天。这条街上有好几家711,各种当地小吃餐馆,一个小型商场,酒店离轻轨和码头非常近。附近可探索的小街小巷很多,每天随便走走,像是融入了曼谷当地居民生活。
总结:
因为酒店的地理位置优越,吃喝玩乐方便,在价格划算的情况下,我们还会选择入住。请酒店管理层学学半岛酒店,最起码先把卫生搞好。
先说优点:酒店就在湄南河边,从酒店后门走到BTS郑王桥站和沙吞码头都只需要走1分钟,你走的快点30秒就能走到,估计全曼谷也找不到几家更好的酒店位置了,对于自由行很重要。紧挨着酒店旁边,有个社区食堂,性价比超高,是我在曼谷期间能吃到性价比最高的社区食堂(除了流动摊贩外,但流动摊贩卫生堪忧)。距离暹罗天地超近,酒店自己有摆渡船,当然去沙吞码头坐船也很近。再说缺点:房间里的马桶是真心不太行,洗手台盆泄水也不太爽,所以我干脆拔了那个塞子。热水还算稳定,就是冲淋莲蓬头角度是固定死的,有的人不喜欢,我还算适应。总体评价:早饭的种类尚可,但是在所有的香格里拉里面不算丰富,酒店的性价比一般,我觉得主要是花钱买位置,适合自己乘船和乘地铁的自由行。
位置非常好,有shuttle boat去iconsiam,房间有点旧,但很干净,客房服务很到位,隔壁就是bts站,兼顾了硬件和软件,还不错
酒店位置好,在湄南河的C位,对面就是暹罗中心,如果要感受曼谷的夜景,香格里拉是最佳选择,且酒店自己的餐船非常赞。
酒店各方面都超出了我们的预期。酒店坐落于湄南河畔,每天有数趟免费专船往返于酒店和对岸的Iconsiam暹罗天地购物中心。酒店的早餐是我见到过的最国际化的早餐,品类丰富、风格多样,感觉不管顾客来自哪个国家,都能找到喜欢的食物。酒店的服务尤其出众,所有工作人员都很贴心周到,注重细节,这绝对是性价比超高的一家酒店。如若再访曼谷,一定还会入住。
房间确实真的很老 本来以为房间老 服务会很有水平吧 结果 完全没有感受到 早餐厅 游泳池看到服务生 没有一个人会主动打招呼 房间床头的水 入住第一晚是给准备好了 第二晚居然仍然保持着前一晚开过的水放在那里 这点确实很诧异!早晨也不好吃 面包做的一塌糊涂!除了地理位置还好 其他完全不在线 尤其是服务 极差!还有一点 抽屉里的茶包只给一天 入住的第二天询问茶包 告知要收费 哈哈哈哈哈 离谱!
环境一流,特别是江边餐厅和江景房间。前台特别安排了十九楼,可以远眺ASIANTIQUE,夜景迷人!服务优良,早餐丰富,一进入大厅,即香气扑鼻。住过多次,还会来。
十几年来都特别喜欢住香格里拉,这次曼谷香格里拉之后,让我太失望了,这次连住4天!
总体感觉服务差,态度不好。
-本来订了入住第二天晚饭在salathip,由于是很重要的聚餐,我特意提前一天去到餐厅确认预订桌子景观合不合适(当晚餐厅被包场,我等到他们包场结束,服务员收拾的时候才进餐厅确认),大概晚上快10点了,服务员细心电脑上查看我的预约,还带我去看位子,我当场让服务员帮忙调整到靠近河边的室内座位。服务员还说要问经理,他马上跑去帮忙找经理确认,我等了一会,大概5分钟他回来说经理答应调位子,OK的。但是第二天晚宴的的时候,给我安排到另外一张桌子,我找经理说明情况,昨晚我来确认过桌子,应该给我昨晚确认的那张。经理第一句就说,你昨天不可能来过,昨天我们餐厅都没对外营业。这样质疑客户的话,是对的吗?然后那位男经理又说,”我是经理,我从来没收到任何这方面的信息,never”一个5星级酒店的餐厅经理,是这样回复客户的话的吗?每句都让人听着非常不舒服。我们那么远来到曼谷香格里拉来放松的,不是来吵架的。那个男经理的处理方式真的让我非常无语。后来他又说,昨晚那个服务员不是我们餐厅的,不是你们餐厅的服务员可以在你们餐厅电脑你们查到我的预约信息吗?还核对我的名字等个人信息!!那是不是问题更严重了!这是我的隐私问题在你们这没得到合适的保护?只能说,以后再也不会去这家餐厅了!一餐饭下来,上菜很慢,杯里酒没了,服务员也很久才来加酒等各种问题。其他桌的客人也受不了,有一桌客人当场和他们吵起来了,可能是比较凶,可能是男生,最后他们那桌得到了解决。我们好好说话的,就不给我们解决问题!
另外房间也有问题:
-第一天用了吹风机,这么多天也没有收拾起来过,每天回到房间如图1.
2-桌面几天没收拾过,如图。
3-拆了的拖鞋纸条,那么多天都没有被清理掉!也没有补充过拖鞋。
4-花洒头的朝向也没有被收拾过!
房间小费我是有付的,就算没付小费,房间也应该要打扫干净整洁。
在礼宾部也是,穿西装的态度不好,门童的工作态度反而比较热情主动!
现在只剩下spa还像个香格里拉该有的样子,贴心,主动为客户找想。
服务:非常失望!!!
卫生:打扫不干净!没有适当收拾!
原以为曼谷这家香格里拉开业多年、设施老旧,抱着试试的心态预订后,却收获超预期五星体验——服务细节拉满,木质风格客房虽有年头,但维护得十分整洁。
位置更是无可挑剔:住湄南河边超对味,到唐人街、朱拉隆功夜市打tutu仅10分钟、200铢内;周边街头米其林、网红咖啡店步行即达,连吃三天不重样,比拥挤塞车的暹罗、素坤逸片区舒服太多。酒店有摆渡船往返Icon Siam(2分钟直达,末班17:40),步行500米到沙吞码头坐船也才8铢;从Icon Siam打车去水门寺、郑王庙完全不堵车。
特别体验了酒店泰餐,虽价格不低,但味道绝佳,还能欣赏湄南河日落,仪式感直接拉满。
绝对会是我再次入住的理由
