您好。我们预订了一套双人单间公寓，含半膳服务。入住后，我们惊讶于房间虽小，却能享受到“半膳”服务。不过，房间设施齐全（微波炉、Espresso Gusto 咖啡机（含咖啡包）、电热水壶、咖啡壶），以及带淋浴的漂亮浴室。晚餐是“新冠疫情期间”提供的。非常美味的菜肴（来自餐厅）装在罐子里（需用微波炉加热），放在房间里，还有第二天早餐的面包（每天早上的面包都是干的！），配上黄油和果酱（除了最后一天——没有果酱了？/没有奶酪？），以及奶油蛋卷、水果沙拉、酸奶和果汁。食物足够了，但面包太干了，有点可惜。房间很安静，但如果邻居起得很早，隔音效果就有点不足了。床太硬了。我预订了两辆自行车。到达那里时，考虑到坡度，我以为预订自行车是个错误。尽管如此，我还是付了一周的租金（40欧元）。两天后，我试骑了其中一辆（刹车有问题，而且尺寸太小）。我退了钥匙和头盔，但我们没用，也没有退款，哪怕是部分退款。太糟糕了！不过，我们仍然可以享受游泳池！太棒了。

I arrived on Monday after four o'clock and had to wait for check-in even though I had announced my expected arrival time. I was not shown the room and the facilities. I found out that I should have opted for and paid extra for bed linen and towels. The room was clean but the terrace was not. We had a cool enough weather and we didn't need air conditioning. I couldn't imagine that they have apartments without this facility. We had free parking and access to a washing machine and a dryer, both coin-operated. The location is very quiet, full of well-kept plants.

We arrived at the accommodation on Monday 24th July an hour early and we were turned away and asked to return at 3pm after travelling for 6 hours with 2 children. To be honest I believe the apartment was ready but the staff didn’t take kindly to us interrupting their lunch as they watched me walk past them and eventually got up reluctantly whilst eye rolling Our apartment was then the only apartment with no outside area or balcony to sit on, we literally had a door with a bar across it and when I spoke to the staff they sd we could eat below at E3 as it was not being used but that was not going to work having to bring all our food downstairs. We resided with the fact we would just have to eat out or indoors for the rest of the week. The bathroom wasn’t great either, my husband is 6ft 3 with the shower on a sloping wall that only a child could stand beneath and to top it off the shower door is at the opposite end so this was really uncomfortable when just wanting to take a shower and not ideal for a family of 4. There seemed to be many apartments vacant so I am unsure why we were placed in this one which seemed less than adequate. As we had no outdoor area we were at least happy that the kids could play snooker in the advertised games room but we were then told that this was closed and would not open so another blow and false advertisement. The pool was dirty most days so unusable, I even had to ask if it would be cleaned. When we did use it on the last day the cleaning hoover was just left in the pool all day with wires trailing across the pool which in my eyes is a huge health and safety risk. One of the other families decided to turn it off and take it out before it caused an accident. There was no regular maintenance here, we even used the net to take all the leaves out and your feet would get dirty where all the leaves would fall around the pool with no one attending to clean it up. Below standards We would have left if we could but sadly couldn’t due to the cancellation policy so decided we would just have to try and make the most of our stay and ensure we got out and explored everyday with no pool or outdoor area to enjoy. I will not be recommending or returning
