作为老牌酒店，位置在曼谷Asok轻轨站旁边50米，有连廊可以直接走过来，斜对面就是T21，往前两个站就是Central world 、购物的话就是各种方便了，酒店的SPA也不错；就是游泳池不是很大，不过小朋友玩水也是够了。

酒店对面就是terminal21，有专属连廊到达，去bts也非常方便。酒店游泳池环境真的太棒了，适合全年龄段休息玩耍。早餐品种比较丰富，味道也不错，连续几天会有一些变化。
每次来曼谷都会选择在这里住上几天，主要地理位置特别方便，就在商圈里面，酒店大堂直通21航站楼购物特别方便，早餐也很美味，我们一家人出行特别开心，地理位置也很方便小朋友说下次还会再来
这次是带老妈出行，比来比去感觉选喜来登挺方便，试着下了单。到了果然没失望，房间里望出去就是ASOK站，从大堂去BTS才1分钟，不用上下楼，太合我意了。房间里的设施虽然有些年头了，但保养都很好，没有旧旧的不舒服感。每天的客房服务都很细心。有件事重点提下，退房时老妈戒指找不到了，我们特地向酒店寻求帮助，酒店前台非常认真通知客房部查找。那种状态不是敷衍的，整个神情非常紧张认真。我们先去吃饭，过程中酒店还打来电话，告知还没找到，并表示会继续找，等我们回去再给答复。等我们回到大堂，还专门派了会中文的人员跟我们解释，表示遗憾。直到后来我们回到家，才发现是老妈自己把戒指塞在眼镜盒里忘了。一场虚惊。但非常感谢酒店当时表现出来的专业、认真和重视。让人体验感非常好。在这里特别向酒店表示不好意思给你们添麻烦了。谢谢所有提供的服务，下次还会来住。

入住8天，感觉前台对客房的安排不是特别友好，第一次给安排了一间尽头的最后一间，原本就有点担心曼谷****，马上就跑去前台说要换房，结果换到了一间靠着地铁的，虽然声音不是很大，但是早上睡觉还是有声音的。虽然吵了一点但是总比担心好，实际入住了几天还真是做了一个噩梦，很恐怖。我老公也是做噩梦。其它都很好。特别是出行很方便。
这次入住的体验超出了预期。首先是到达酒店后前台会说中文的JUDY小姐姐非常nice，给了很好的入住感受，之后咨询事情也都耐心解答，帮助很大。其次酒店位置非常方便，直通ASOK地铁站，出行便捷。对面是Terminal21，楼下有711，购物、餐饮一站解决。早餐很丰盛，游泳池有特点，孩子非常喜欢，服务员态度也很好。房间物品使用完补充不及时算是个瑕疵吧。如果下次再来这家酒店还是首选。
房间第二天后打扫干净 卫生转好设，环境一般般，房间设施跟不上时代“不智能化”挺old school的；早餐没有像评价那么好 从五星级酒店水平来说 可算合格吧 (想尝试曼谷本地食物～可惜面汤里的面不熟，主食米粉特别特别甜…非常无语) 整体的服务还可以啦。要不是因为酒店经理PRAEWRUNG女士对我不满的反馈高度关注，我和我爱人为庆祝我们2月生日选择了入住这家曼谷酒店会是个NIGHTMARE experience！！
酒店位于曼谷中心区，毗邻21航站楼，直通地铁站，廊桥相接出路非常方便，门口游人如织，车水马龙，夜市 各色美食任君挑选！酒店设施精致，早餐丰盛，日本游客和看起来不是亚洲面孔的游客居多，服务员素质和用餐体验感远超之前住的W酒店，客房装修精致，有点欧洲风，更特别的事有各种枕头可以挑选，对于我这种认枕头的人来说太友好了，anyway，这是一家性价比高位置优越体验感不错的一家酒店！还有不晒的室外泳池！
住了4晚，酒店位置不错，通过连廊直接到轻轨站及对面的商场，旁边还有个小夜市，楼下就有7-11，房间面积、设施都还不错，维护保养的挺好，床尺寸大，重要的是服务很好，每次进出都主动开门问好，早餐也很好，种类丰富！下次还会选择。
住了那么多酒店，曼谷的这家真的让我体验到了一家追求细节的高品质服务。这一点体现在每一个服务人员身上。不论是早饭品质，还是安排房间的响应度，让人觉得物超所值。虽然感觉住客里商业出行居多，但家庭出游也是很推荐的。
