Everything and everyone were wonderful - super friendly professional. The room was very clean. Location was excellent- lots of restaurants close by. Very quiet and we were near the elevator! Just really good stay.

The walls and ceilings were very thin and could hear water running or flushing above us as well as every footstep of the unit above us the entire night and morning. Facility needs better sound proofing or a stricter curfew policy for noise/activities.

This was my second stay at this great hotel. I feel it's the cleanest ones around and the free breakfast has a larger variety than most places that I have stayed. Both times I've had to call on management for help for a problem that was completely my fault and they were quick to come to the rescue. I will definitely return to this one for my next stay in Canton.
