Thought the place would be ok for our stay. Pay big money to have to clean our own rooms! If we need a towel we have to bring the dirty towels to get clean ones! There is a microwave, refrigerator, cooktop but no pots etc! If you want a coffee pot in your room you have to pay an extra 5.00 ! We are here from Florida because our son is in the hospital very serious! My husband didn’t pack enough of his medicine so we had it fed ex but nobody was available in the office so now we are stuck!! Paid 50.00 to have it sent here and nobody to accept it!!!!!! Guy at the desk said if we didn’t like it go somewhere else!

We were going Through a horrible tragedy with my daughter being hit by a car on the highway. My daughter spent a month and a half in the hospital and was waiting for her skull cap surgery. We from Oregon and we were in Knoxville Tennessee. Everyone jump through hoops to make sure we had a handicap room and everything that we needed. It was clean we were comfortable, and the staff was phenomenal. Everyone was so helpful from checking in to check out. Miss Bree, Miss Crystal,Miss Karie, Miss Brittany, Miss Caitlin, and Mr. Byron. Very kind and a tentative the whole month and a half that we were there. I would highly recommend your extended stay hotel as I said it was a tragedy and we were pampered and cared for. Bree and Crystal Both made phone calls and pulled strings to see that we could get the room that we needed and everyone was accommodated For their needs. Can’t thank everyone enough For their kindness and service. Also, the laundry service is very nice. Everything is clean, And inviting.

WoodSpring Suites Knoxville - Cedar Bluff is a brand new extended stay all suites hotel. Bre, the district manager for this location went above and beyond customer service. This location is perfect for temporary housing for college students and for business owners traveling to Knoxville. I love the free internet, Wi-Fi, cable and the full-size kitchen with unlimited use of the gym and laundry facility.
