Our shared facilities, including our bathrooms, are cleaned twice daily, though being in a rural environment, it’s possible that small spider webs can form quickly after cleaning. We’ll continue to be vigilant in our efforts to maintain a clean space for all guests.It's important to note that our property and the experience we offer might not be what everyone is accustomed to. Went to our room and it was not cleaned after the last lock box was open for key already. We had a late arrival it was dark and we were tired. Contacted my email and text and phone and was given a different room to replace. It wasn't upgrade. They acted fast. They explained their housekeeping did not arrive that day and then another room was in the same condition. Two coffees per person per day is available which we had one coffee in the morning but there was no sugar and only a total of two cups available. We didn't feel we wanted to complain so I had what there was and left The upgraded room was neat clean and orderly as was the shared bathroom facilities. The property is charming. They may have had a hiccup but they made up for it plus my son has stayed there twice before and never has experienced anything like that it was always orderly and well organized.
