Aldea Bamboo was an incredible place to rest my bones and heal my spirit. The bamboo cabin was absolutely beautiful and I really enjoyed being so intimate with nature and how eco-conscious the space is from the compost toilets to the wildlife visitors and beautiful plants surrounding me. The outdoor shower was phenomenal, and I loved bathing in the jungle surrounded by life, there's truly nothing like it! I stayed 3 nights, and was sad they were booked out the rest of the week, or I would have absolutely stayed there the entirety of my stay. I loved that it was fairly secluded, (about a 15 minute oceanside walk) from town, and I had everything I needed there to be comfortable. I received several bio-emotional healing sessions from Jaime and Adriana as part of my retreat. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the combination of energy healing and abdominal massage, coupled with their grounding gentle presence and wisdom left me floating through my days and throughout my week. Jamie and Adriana create a space that feels truly safe and allows a person to relax into vulnerability and just be. I left Aldea Bamboo a much happier, healthier person than I arrived, and with much to think about and reflect on thanks to the wisdom imparted on me by Jaime and Adriana. This place is an absolute gem, and I am so beyond grateful to have gotten to experience it and to meet Jaime ＜3
