地理位置不错,在两个地铁站之间,去哪都很方便。早餐好吃,很合爸妈口味。三楼有泳池,泳池边有准备浴巾和饮用水,很不错。
设计整体不错,酒店设计不错。唯一点欠缺的就是付款不能用支付宝交旅游税。而且刷信用卡 付款成功了 还要我拿卡号及卡日期 非常不专业 有盗卡风险。希望规范员工行为。。。
这可能是我住过最差的一家美爵酒店,应该是原来一家老酒店刚改造的。首先冰箱里放着不知是前客人还是员工的半瓶可乐。洗发液和沐浴液是空的,打电话前台安排一个小哥拿了一个瓶子挤进了不同的罐子里,原来洗头膏和沐浴液只在客房存在分离,其实是一种东西。床头没有纸巾盒。床单上有污渍痕迹没有拍照。我记得预定的时候含了早餐,
吃饭的时候收了82马币早餐费,我说既然收费退房的时候一起结算反正有押金,可是怕我不给追到了客房来要。吹头发的吹风机不如一个快捷酒店的,很久吹不干,以上建议避免踩雷。
地出行方便,距离轻轨站步行7-8分钟,夜市步行5分钟,早餐偏印度口味居多,是一家具备品质和地理位置不错的酒店
说一个让人比较后怕的事情,在这家酒店入住了三晚,第一晚遇到酒店网络崩溃,整个酒店无Wi-Fi信号三个小时+,当天因为在外面玩回去得比较晚,不知道这个情况,但因为房间缺少用品(浴巾只放了一条,纸巾未补充)在电话一直无法接通前台的情况下,遂独自下楼去前台询问。在等候电梯的时候遇见自称是“同层住客”,一直强行搭话,本人没理。在前台询问后告知网络问题和电话拨打人数过多无法接听。了解情况后我准备返回房间,该“住客”立即也尾随,在电梯门口却不先下电梯一直跟在我后面看具体房间号。回房间不到五分钟,一位工作人员一直敲门(当时已经晚上12.多了),在我开了勿扰且未回应他的情况下,持续敲门。忍无可忍从浴室出来开门,工作人员意味不明拿着手机说要对我房间空调面板进行拍照,我反问原因,这位男工作人员只说是我这个房间进行了问题反馈,他接到要求来对面板拍照。我告知他我房间并没有出现问题且不愿意让他半夜进来拍照,谁知道他还准备装听不懂进房间。忍无可忍我只得撒谎告诉他“我男朋友已经睡觉了,你是准备叫醒他吗”并堵住了门口,他才放弃。
这件事情让我整晚都睡得非常不好,虽然酒店离亚罗街夜市很近,但是这样的服务水准实在不敢让我再次入住,特别是单独出行的女性一定要注意安全!
酒店挺行的,特别多五迷老师,就是人有点多,其他还好,希望酒店下次可以加强服务,周围也挺方便的,很多吃的
环境优雅安静,而且服务态度好,比对面的住宿条件好很多,住完了还继续续住了,住了这么多酒店,这家性价比比较高

离亚罗街近,隔音还行,偶尔有摩托车的声音,和朋友睡的都挺好的,服务可以,干净卫生,喜欢他们柚子香的洗护用品。
