For a place with 5/5 rating on tripadvisor I expected so much better! I found it very ordinary, especially for the high prices it attracts. 1) So many rules and a thick folder they expect you to read. I'm on holidays who's got time for that 2) Properties are a bit run down, spiderwebs and insects crawling around, ok its starting to get hot but cleaning staff could've done better 3) Dirty dishes and crockery not even washed properly, normal bowls had visible stains on the side that you can this visibly in the shelving 4) The deck was a mess with leaves everywhere 5) Mould on the courtains 6) Hair still in the shower and on furniture from previous guests 7) The properties are so close to one another, you can hear the people next door and see them walking around it's a bit misleading Maybe a few years back it was better maintained but when I stayed it certainly was lacking. I found the properly manager listed on the card to be super curt and not overly welcoming. Also very interesting to see so many “5 star” reviews from members with minimal contributions (some with just a single review solely of this place and photo contributions only as well) that speak so highly of this place. Guess that mislead me also.

We stayed at this lovely abode this past weekend for our 1yr wedding anniversary. We were pleasantly surprised by how ambient and inviting this space looked. The high ceilings make it look much bigger. But it doesn't feel small either. It has everything you need. The outdoor area looks onto pure tranquillity. It was raining a little but it did not dampen our mood. I choose this retreat for its price and location. Not really sure what to expect...but was so happy, we told friends about it and we would book again! The hosts were very obliging and recommended the jacuzzi and plunge pool. Didn't get around to that (bit cool), but might try next time! I was even allowed an earlier check in and later check out. Which was very much appreciated as I slept so good, I slept in. :-)

This was exactly what I needed. It was quiet and had lovely bird song. Was a great spot to day trip from but also just stay and relax.

Such a beautiful retreat. It has the most comfortable Super King bed. The views are so beautiful. We loved waking to the sound of the birds in the morning and brekkie was yummy. Highly recommend.

We were greeted by the very friendly Russ when we arrived, who immediately showed us around the property and explained how to use the tv remotes/other things in the unit. The room was surprisingly spacious and had plenty of complimentary food and snacks. The property itself has a lovely garden, with croquet, finska and badminton, as well as a path to a bit of a bush walk. Location is great, 15 minutes from Noosa, 5 minutes from a great pizza shop- Orange on Sunrise and walking distance to Tinbeerwah national park. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others
