酒店融合现代印尼设计与传统爪哇风情，一踏入就与喧嚣隔绝。房间宽敞，落地窗可俯瞰城市景色。
餐饮体验超棒，粤菜精致，传统美食地道，大堂吧有美酒和现场表演。服务人员热情专业，帮忙安排行程还贴心准备小礼物。健身房设备齐全，泳池也很宽敞。位置优越，购物、出行都方便。
非常可以非常大，然后每次进去都有有安检，然后检查车啊，然后有只狗，然后警犬什么的显得比较安全感，正好大年初一入住，然后有很多那些拜年的活动，还有50敲锣打鼓非常热闹，当地华人感觉都是富豪才出入这样子

酒店紧邻市中心，但位置需要打车才能方便到达。从入口处的水晶吊灯等就能感受到酒店的良好氛围，一看就是一家豪华酒店。
房间配备了电动窗帘，即使关掉空调也还是有点凉。
行政酒廊空间很大，座位也很多。下午茶种类不算特别丰富，但晚间鸡尾酒还算不错。我特别喜欢这里的冰柠檬茶。
泳池很大，很有热带风情，很棒，但我更喜欢水疗中心的按摩浴缸区域。
早餐种类很多，也很丰盛。有肉有鱼，都很齐全。
要说不足之处，去年入住时，行政客房的洗浴用品是欧舒丹的，我非常喜欢，但这次换成了其他品牌（John Masters Organics）。洗发水，尤其是沐浴露，清洁力太弱了，根本不好用。强烈希望能换回欧舒丹。如果能换回来，我可能还会再来住。这一点对我来说很重要。
多次入住这个酒店，安全舒适，早餐丰富。出行打车，门口有保安和警犬安全检查，大堂门口也有安检，安全有保障
这家酒店真是令人惊叹！从豪华的装修到无微不至的服务，每一个细节都体现了酒店的高品质。无论是商务出差还是休闲度假，这家酒店都是您的理想选择。
我们在豪华阁房间住了两晚。客户服务非常棒，员工很细心，能照顾到客人的需求。洗漱用品质量很好，房间很舒适。行政酒廊体验也很好，食物美味，选择多样，饮品丰富，员工也很友好。健身中心不错。还有一个带大型泳池的漂亮大花园。
环境不错，服务很好…楼下中餐厅也OK！
