环境很漂亮，设施齐全，房间很干净，是万隆之行的好选择。
设施比较老旧，根本不像装修才几年的酒店，是我住过5星酒店里面最差的了。卫生间到处发霉，地毯上都是污渍。更可笑的是早餐下面条的地方摆放的蔬菜都是烂的，黑斑的还堂而皇之的摆台面上给客人挑选，可想而之我们没看到的地方有多么的恶心。一个订单两间房间竟然说因为我是两个名字预定的所以没有把房间安排在一起，另一个房间是给孩子睡的，孩子没有安排在父母旁边多么不安全，我跟酒店好说歹说才安排在同一个楼层但是相隔两头的房间。下雨了从停车场出来，门口的行李生拿着雨伞呆呆的看着我们跑进大厅无动于衷。
员工都很友善，房间也挺干净的，对带孩子的家庭很友好。
房间干净宽敞，设施齐全，还有一个大屏幕电视。酒店附近吃饭很方便，有餐厅和咖啡馆，街对面还有一家小超市。酒店内有水疗中心可以放松身心，还有一个游泳池。
酒店地理位置优越，位于市中心。服务态度很好，但办理入住的速度有点慢。喜来登酒店普遍都带有度假村风格，所以蚊子多是在所难免的。
自助早餐很丰富、好吃。可是单点的菜都不怎么样。房间里垃圾桶有分类。这个不错👍
