酒店还不错 就是晚上11点多睡觉后 有小偷开门进来被我发现跑了 一晚上没睡好 门背后放被子防盗
酒店离巴鲁最大的商场不远，步行去商场再走回酒店很方便。酒店对面还有一家Alfamidi便利店。
房间很大，设施也还不错。但淋浴的热水不是一直都有，通常是温的。
早餐菜单几乎每天都差不多。前台的员工都很友善热心，有一次凌晨四点我还得靠他们帮我叫到出租车。
不过，早餐区的员工可能需要再培训一下。如果你坐在外面，桌上没有勺子、叉子、纸巾、咖啡、奶精和糖。有一次，我看到一个员工对一只在餐厅外面区域走动的猫扔拖鞋，这很粗鲁。还有一次，我把书放在里面的一张桌上，然后去取其他食物，结果他们把我的桌子清理了，把我的书放在椅子上，这很不尊重人。
我希望酒店能改进这些问题，因为我真的很喜欢住在SwissBel。
愉快的住宿体验。我们想续住，工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。餐厅位置也很好，靠近大海。食物很好吃，但我们总是点不到青木瓜沙拉，因为他们说没有库存了。
这个房型是别墅，和主楼没在一起，设施尚可，吃饭得走到主楼或者room service

地方的Swiss都差不多，这家年久失修，特别是我们住的Vila，卫生条件差，对不起这个价格。换成新开的Aston会好一些。
老牌的酒店管理公司，早餐6-10点，早点不错，在户外看着边用餐边看大海感觉真的很棒，唯一的不足是WiFi 的速度较慢，我全程使用4G速度很快。健身房没去。大堂用Grab打车时，办理入住的位置应该选择的是后面的大堂。
酒店不错，服务也还行。是个海景酒店。
有车库可以停车。
