Great experience to stay in this hotel, room spacious, taste food, and the facility was good. Over all great experience when i stay at this hotel. Pool was the great place to enjoy your time in this hotel because they have open space.

I stayed at this property for nearly 3 months while based in Merauke. Right from my check in by Firman at the front desk to my check out by Marshall, the guest experience was pleasant. The manager on duty Widhi Arta, made sure that I my room was ready for an early check, which was great given that I arrived at 9am ! When you stay at a hotel for that long, the staff become like a part of your family. Special note is made of the excellent service provided by Novi at the front desk, Andrew, Milan, Emigael, Yuli & the entire restaurant staff. From the warm greetings by the concierge / security team to housekeeping and beyond, the Swiss Belhotel Merauke is quite simply the recommended stay when you are in town. Congratulations to the general manager Erny Sulistiowaty & the entire management team for running a great hotel. Terima kasih

We decided to go to Merauke to visit Wasur National Park for a few days to enjoy the activities we had read about online and in the main tourist guides. Once we got there, we discovered that it was all fake news, or not current, as there are no tour operators or travel agencies in Merauke that even organize a simple visit to the park. Nency of the Swiss Belhotel organized everything for us, ensuring that what seemed like ahorrendous travel experience turn into awonderful vacation and wonderful memories. A special thanks to Nancy and all the staff at the Swiss Belhotel in Merauke for your exquisite welcome and friendly availability, helpfulness, courtesy, and professionalism. Top marks with laude for everything!!
