There was a roach on me in bed. When I went to leave I open the room door and there was a mouse at the door. It ran down the hall. Terrible experience

The room was average but you can tell the hotel is outdated. Only had basic TV and to have white towels dingy with green stains on them but I took my own towels. There was no breakfast and the surrounding grounds look horrible. You would think you were in a desert if you didn’t know where you were

There was no breakfast. The carpet in my room spelled. If the air condition is turned off the carpet spelled worse. The baseboard on the bathroom was nasty. They charged me for a room I already paid for. I tried to tell them but they didn't listen.

The whole hotel had a weird smell. The carpet was dirty. There were no wash cloths available the entire time we were here. We arrived n Friday and checked out on Sunday.
There are only two hotels in the town. We chose this one because it advertised breakfast. There was limited breakfast.
They did accommodate a late check in.

Facility was nice and clean. Bathtub felt like an overlay, made a lot of noise when you stand in it to shower.

I was unable to make the trip. I came down with COVID . I was pretty upset when no one at the hotel answered the phone. I didn’t even get confirmation from you or the hotel for my reservation? Very disappointing

Our only complaint was.. the hallways and breakfast area were super HOT!! Ruby at the front desk was AMAZING in every way!!!
