环境:超级避世的度假村,占地非常大,人很少,距离市区、机场、岘港都非常远,有免费的接送机服务,定时班车去市区需要付费
卫生:泳池都非常干净,包括房间里的小泳池,如果有落叶可以叫room service清理
服务:有很多免费的活动,比如划浆板、做咖啡、坐船等,还有专门的娱乐室玩桌游
除了吃饭非常贵之外没有什么缺点,虽然贵但真的很好吃了。第二天突然过敏了,度假村医务室开了过敏药和止痒药,也没有收钱。
首先要重点表扬携程的客服团队,在酒店无故换房型的情况下迅速帮忙协调,在酒店给出解决方案不满意的情况下,协助更换了附近同等酒店,保障了度假体验。我已经是携程十多年的会员了,十年前当留学生出国买错机票、转机时间不合适,好几次都是携程的客服来电主动提醒修改,现在带娃带老人出行,依然信任携程的服务。
下面是对酒店的主观评价,仅代表我个人感受:
擅自换房:我订的沙滩2卧室泳池套房,图的就是出门就去沙滩,结果酒店提前两天发了个邮件通知给我换到什么天空泳池loft,卧室客厅泳池分别在三层楼,回复邮件询问是否可以替换,酒店不回复。打电话、居然不接???到了现场就是口头sorry一下,给了59美金消费额度作为弥补,这2种房型国庆期间每天差价都不止50美金。
设施:旧且衰败,衰败的四星级?作为有年头的酒店,设施可以旧一点、有一些年代感,但维护管理不到位所体现出来的衰败感很让人沮丧。房间里射灯坏了、沙滩躺椅坏了,公共区间很多损坏的地砖(泳池区域、可能会划脚)、走廊有装饰画脱落缺失、酒店白色外墙积满黑色的灰尘/霉菌,很让人不舒适。
卫生:不干净,明显长期打扫不到位。无论公共空间还是房间都灰蒙蒙的、感觉脏脏的。房间的玻璃窗上还留着不知道上几任房客留下的指印、小孩的唇印。床头白色柜子的角落里积满了灰尘,屋顶的泳池壁黏腻滑,长出了青苔(在我们要求下重新打扫换水,花了大半天时间)。餐厅台面居然是玻璃的,上一桌客人吃完服务员拿着抹布几下就擦好(就像国内大排档翻台)。很难说这是五星级。
环境:沙滩很粗砺,有非常多破碎的贝壳,带孩子一定要准备沙滩鞋,否则很容易划破脚。公共区域泳池很早关门,看上去也有藻类了。酒店夜晚极其昏暗,搭配墙上年画风格的装饰、一些红红绿绿的幽暗灯光,的确有些吓人。
服务:服务态度是很好的,但是管理层的不作为并不是靠员工的辛苦来弥补。
另外不得不提一下餐厅的消费,性价比极低(贵且难吃),感觉就像是消费圈套,100多人民币一碗越南粉/一个蔬菜沙拉,价格倒是非常五星级,但味道只能说可食用。
早餐也很不好吃,抠搜感非常明显。
假期珍贵,请看到这条评论的旅友慎重考虑。(特别是带孩子老人度假的情况。)
家庭出行定的海景复式房型,给的是最端头的房间,往返非常花时间,并且冲着海景房定的,实际海景被前方树挡的很彻底,比较遗憾,现场看下来山景房感觉更不错,其他的还行,房间空间还挺大的。早餐类型还挺丰富,还有当地的特色小吃,晚餐吃了米碗越式和米吧日式的,份量都比较小,人均消费两百以上,建议不要点多人套餐,上菜非常慢,味道不难吃。定了顺化一日游行程,司机服务非常周到,推荐。距离岘港机场还是略远,有班车比较方便,但真的还是挺久的,车程一个小时。
周边可玩性不高基本都泡在度假村里收费合理性一般呆了两三天后就觉得无聊了可能也是去的时候天气原因很多游乐设施都没开就去做了SPA总体还可以好在酒吧调酒不错😌
我在悦椿度假村度过了一段美妙绝伦的时光,我极力推荐这里。度假村本身就很惊艳,环境优美,房间舒适,设施一流。但真正让它与众不同的是在那里工作的员工。
从我抵达的那一刻起,我就感受到了真诚的热情和款待。工作人员在每一次互动中都超出了我的预期——总是面带微笑,总是彬彬有礼,并且总是乐于帮助我解决任何需求。无论是前台、餐厅、泳池边,甚至是客房服务团队,每个人都展现出极大的关怀和对细节的关注,让我感觉就像在家里一样。
最让我印象深刻的是,这不仅仅是良好的服务,更是一种真诚的感受。团队真的以让客人满意为傲,你可以从那些小细节中感受到这一点,比如记住你的喜好,叫出你的名字,或者询问你是否住得愉快。正是这种友善和专业水准,在度假村营造了如此温馨的氛围。
悦椿度假村不仅仅是一个放松的地方,更是一个让你真正感受到被关爱的地方。感谢所有出色的工作人员,让我的住宿体验难以忘怀——我一定会再回来,并向我认识的每个人推荐这个度假村。
在悦榕庄住了两天过来,服务依然没话说,酒店干净整洁,离海很近,bird watching能看到不少鸟,酒店有车接送到机场,早餐品种丰盛,但收盘子比较慢,性价比高。
下次我一定要多住几天!!作为韩国人,我觉得日式餐厅最合胃口,虽然大家都说度假村价格贵,但我觉得这个价位已经很划算了。虽然度假村里没有超市,但可以提前买好带进去,所以也很满意。如果你喜欢游泳,那一定要来这里~👍🏻
从岘港国际机场开车过来需要一个小时。但这里就像是一个世外桃源。我们在这里待了四天。工作人员都非常友好和乐于助人,简直无法用言语表达我对他们的赞美。我们的房间安静又舒适,真的很喜欢这里。
酒店地理位置十分偏远,可能的话最好提前约上酒店的免费机场shuttle bus,房间很棒,整个度假区面积很大值得花时间探索
套房有三层,面积超级大,进门是一整层的客厅加厨房还有一个卫生间,楼下是两个卧室(楼下并不是地下室,而是在三楼)各带一个卫生间,楼上是露台加私人泳池,还有一个卫生间。每一层都是无敌海景,虽然泳池有点小,但是晚上一家人在泳池嬉闹、默默俯视海湾还是很美好的。酒店的公共泳池很有特色,有一个环形泳道把度假村连接起来,酒店环境很好,有乒乓球桌、台球桌、游戏房,还有班船通往隔壁悦榕庄,水上运动中心的项目要提前预约,小车会送客人过去,早餐还不错。缺点就是酒店比较偏僻,免费班车只往来机场,大约一个小时多一点,如果去岘港市区、会安、顺化也有班车,但都要收费,这里很难叫到grab,要叫车需要酒店帮忙,所以晚餐一般只能在酒店解决。但是这个房间真的很有度假的感觉,房间里走到哪基本都是面朝大海,早上在露台上静静地看海上日出,真的很适合一家人。
