房间偏老：装修偏复古，空间不算大，部分设施有年代感。西湖畔的老牌五星，景观与餐饮是王牌，服务稳、环境静；房间偏老但胜在位置与氛围，适合想在河内慢下来的人。
订的两天大床房，已确认。到了只有双床，前台接待不解决问题，要我们升级行政套房价格要翻倍，果断拒绝！房间很一般中规中矩。第二天才升级大床房，房间还对得起这个品牌，到主要景区偏远需要打车
酒店设施很好，第二次入住了，早饭晚饭很美味，下次还来～
配套设施很不错，房间欧式风格，干净整洁，电源插孔是通用型，很方便。
整体服务也很不错，比如早餐区服务员，门童等等。唯一有点不足的是前台，不知是故意的还是有点不专业，明明在携程订的大床房，办理入住时他们却打印个双床房的清单，再问我双床房行不行。你没大床房了，不能第一时间告知，并主动升级吗？！居然第一选择是降级，不可理解。
住过的酒店当中最安静的一家。不知道是不是越南人大部分骑摩托声音小的原因。酒店位置和早餐都不错，值得推荐哦
酒店应该是比较老了，不过里面的设施还行，赶时间的话早餐可以打包带走，这一点有点出乎意料之外了，下次再去应该会考虑再住。
整体环境还不错，客服比较热情。距离各景点打车很近，早餐也还不错，还有三文鱼。唯一缺点就是最近在装修，白天稍微有些吵。

早餐非常棒；房间中规中矩；干净整洁。服务员态度热情，离店的时候还帮忙打电话跟当地司机沟通。总体感受很好，推荐入住。
酒店位置很好，就在西湖边。行政酒廊的happy hour也还可以，健身房和泳池都特别棒。
