This is a nice, clean hotel, about 15 minutes from Kings Island. Has a great selection for breakfast and good coffee.

Everything was excellent about this hotel. The whole staff were professional and kind. I especially want to compliment the woman who was in charge of the breakfast. She went out of her way to make sure you were happy with her cooking and service.

I do like the embassy suites usually. It’s only that they failed to inform me over half the hotel was under construction.

Hotel is nice. Was not exactly clean. Room described as having sound proof walls, but the TV next door would disagree. Employees were very nice.

The cook was friendly. The food was filling, & fresh. The cinnamon rolls were tasty . I just would have liked more protein options and maybe some grits. For a little something in your stomach for the road... I get it. Thank you.

Staff was courteous. Bed wasn't comfortable. Pillows were either real hard or way soft. Our neighbors had their tv on all night and walls are so thin or unisulated we could hear it. Couldnt get room temp comfortable. Noise from the highway is also heard all night.
