服务非常好 行李员随时帮忙拿行李,开车门,离店去机场的时候让行李员帮忙在App上打车,很意外的是行李员见到司机的一刻,已经把我的目的地用当地的语言告诉司机了,这点很贴心,而且孩子丢了泳镜很快就找回来了,床也足够大,够两个大人和一个九岁的孩子,前台没有因为孩子入住而增加任何费用,酒店距离胡志明最有名的河粉非常近,就在马路对面,酒店位置也算是在第一区的中心,步行去购物也非常近,距离其他的景点打车只需要一个起步价
服务很周到。
特别是那位给我们指路的男士,服务非常好。
酒店里的水疗中心的工作人员都非常专业、聪明,我很感谢他们。

酒店地理位置特别好,早餐也很丰盛,在胡志明的五星高档酒店里面房间算很大的,而且设施也很新,前台也很好

酒店的地理位置还有房间都很好。
check in的时候前台服务人员说不允许带榴莲进入酒店。第二天去前台问问题正好带了切好的菠萝蜜,被前台人员勒令不允许带进酒店。我明确的给她看这是菠萝蜜不是榴莲,她还是不耐烦的勒令我在外面吃完再进门。如果酒店政策不允许带任何水果进入房间的话应该一开始就明确,而不是前后不一、用这样的态度来服务客人。
房间很棒,我休息得很好。步行到范五老街大概10分钟。酒店健身房设备齐全。服务也很好,我比入住时间早到了,他们已经准备好房间了,所以我不用等。早餐种类很多,但味道稍微差了点。酒店价格比其他地方高,但一分钱一分货。如果价格能降一点,我肯定还会再来的。
酒店地理位置在市中心,出行方便,离商场,博物馆,海滨市场,范五老街等都很近。

标题:【服务体验极差,门童存在强制索要小费行为】
本次入住体验非常不愉快,主要问题在于酒店门口的门童服务。
该门童表现出明显的不友好态度,并在我准备进入酒店时,直接上前进行小费索要。当我再次拒绝后,他仍有言语上的不满和嘲讽。
作为一家标榜服务品质的酒店,出现员工因未获得小费而公然刁难、索要的行为,是绝对不可接受的。这不仅严重损害了客人的入住体验,也暴露了酒店在员工管理、服务培训和职业道德教育上的巨大漏洞。
一个酒店的形象,往往是由门童这样的一线员工第一时间建立的。这次的经历让我对贵酒店的专业度和管理水平产生了极大的质疑。
