设施：偏商务舒适，泳池健身房都有，顶楼有个观景酒吧，房间设施齐全，卫生间不大。停车10RM一次。
卫生：没发现卫生问题，每日正常更新。
环境：位于市中心，紧邻Imbi轻轨站，对面就是成功时代广场，步行可到武吉免登、亚罗街、金河广场（落日飞车起点）、LOT10，到柏威年步行10几分钟。楼下附近就有7-11和Kk便利店。楼下容易堵车，但是不吵闹。
服务：国际品牌标准，态度友好，部分人可能会中文，早餐不错。
地点非常方便，在imbi轻轨站旁边，离市中心的几个商圈都步行可达，五分钟就可以到阿罗街。
前台服务不是太好，办理速度慢，而且办到一半人就不知道跑哪里去了，不及时，无抱歉 不太友好。然而，房间还是满意的，双床房，每张床都足够宽，休息得不错
地理位置绝佳，去一些景点都方便。酒店早餐很棒，各色各样口味都可以挑选。泳池也很棒，可以游泳。店员非常热情。打扫也很干净。还会再来。
酒店人员都很亲切，房间很安静不会有吵杂声
连定两晚 性价比和人气是挺高的 如果不吃酒店早餐 对面也有星巴克和本地连锁的海南咖啡店 可以多尝试下大马的特色早餐
酒店的存包服务蛮好的 视野也可以
非常好，由于凌晨的航班，所以到酒店差不多8点多，办完入住，前台说要等到下午2点才能去房间，全程英文，前台不懂中文。然后我们就在大厅的沙发上睡了一会本来想约了个按摩直接去那里躺会，但是到11点左右前台小哥就拿着房卡给我们送来了，挺感动的，对待中国游客也挺友好的，酒店早餐味道不错，从酒店窗外也能看到双子塔，位置也很好离网红麦当劳步行可达～
酒店很干净，但住在六楼晚上有点吵。自助早餐很普通，不值这个价钱。只有少数几个区域可以尝试，比如英式早餐——鸡蛋和吐司区。椰浆饭的参巴酱不好吃，汤面也淡而无味。
优点：酒店位置极佳，往返机场、去其他景点或寻找当地美食都非常方便。酒店装修简洁实用。前台服务周到高效。自助早餐美味可口，选择多样。
缺点：客房服务真的很差劲。房间里没有一次性拖鞋。入住头三天都没有打扫房间，直到我打电话到前台投诉才解决，尽管我每天都按了清洁服务灯。房间设施陈旧，有些甚至无法正常使用。墙上的插座没有USB接口。
建议：酒店靠近Imbi单轨列车站，可以去KL Sentral搭乘火车和长途巴士。务必下载“Grab”应用程序叫车，非常方便，Grab打车需要支付现金。此外，酒店一楼有一个服务台，可以预订前往马六甲的出租车和交通服务。
总评：不推荐。不值这个价格。
酒店员工总是面带微笑，待人恭敬有礼，让我感到受到了很好的款待。酒店位置也很棒，离亚罗街只有五分钟的路程。房间内部装饰简洁大方，我很喜欢。这次没能吃到早餐有点可惜，如果下次再来吉隆坡，我一定会尝尝看。
酒店位置非常方便，在单轨Imbi站旁边，离阿罗街夜市也很近。服务很好，前台工作人员会尽力帮助客人。每次来吉隆坡都首选这家。
