这是一个非常愉快的旅途,入住了三晚的酒店,前台小姐姐非常友善,帮我升级了房间。房间安静,卫生干净。而且地理位置非常好,对面是百威年,隔壁是悦榕庄,后面走十五分钟左右是双子塔,离水族馆也是十分钟不到,非常方便。酒店的早餐也很丰富,木瓜超级甜,而且还有菠萝蜜。大堂的服务员很细心。至于酒店的毛巾和床品,我房间的是很干净的,洗手间也很干净,而且很大!特别说一下,酒店的洗发水实在非常好用👍👍👍
酒店位置不错很方便,早餐也还凑合对得起这个价格,酒店人巨多,真的是巨多,办理入住也要等好久,让等很久,会优先把房给老美🙃,被同行朋友发现了,就去找他们,结果二话不说就给房了………酒店的枕头和床垫还不错,床品一般,周围也没什么景色都是楼房,总之对得起这价钱
最次去吉隆坡都会住这家酒店公寓,飞第四次入住了,房间有可以简单煮食餐具,很宽敞,有桌台,有沙发,早餐与酒店住客分开,公寓住客在10楼,不会人挤人,很享受每日早餐,下次来吉隆坡还会住这里。
早上办理入住的小哥哥服务就特别一般,然后退房的时候磨磨叽叽,没有自动退房的选项,这一点不如国内洗澡的池子不错,大床房很好,大床有两米多宽,足够三个人睡的早餐,蔬菜热的蔬菜种类很少,每天只有一种热的
房间还可以,普通的五星酒店的水准。
服务一般般,除了checkin,checkout基本没什么服务。早餐的服务人员全程黑着脸,煎蛋区的更是垮着个脸…确实有点差!
不过酒店春节氛围营造的还可以,春节五六百的价格,还行吧,性价比还不错。
这一间酒店太老旧了,每条毛巾都是又破又旧,还有污渍。吹风筒有问题,他们还让我解释清楚为什么,最后等了接近一个小时才送来一个同样破旧的吹风筒,把我气笑了。我们住了五天,中间只来打扫了一次。有一次我们看他在门口,叫他优先打扫我们房间,他们都没有来。酒店的用餐服务非常不划算,是外卖的五倍价格。
不愧是五星级酒店,价格合适,距离柏威年不行3分钟,klcc步行15分钟。有人行天桥通道,不怕晒。酒店早餐很好吃种类丰富,服务也很及时到位。有很多出差的商务人士。位于市中心,如果打车前往注意避开拥堵时段
酒店地理位置很好,离Pavilion很近,可以直接步行过去大约5分钟。这个Pavilion很好逛,应有尽有。半夜入住,酒店前台给升了房型,房间面积可以,入住体验很不错。
携程免费给升级到更高一级房间premium twin, 到酒店前台时请记住自己的权益,否则酒店不会给你自动升级(前台起初让我们自己联系携程,这一点不应该。这个房间设施确实更好一些,沙发也更大,窗外景色也更美!酒店位置好,通过空中天桥几乎可以到达双子塔脚下及商圈,太方便啦。酒店早餐品种众多,服务也不错!
春节带小朋友去马来旅游,最后一晚选择的这个酒店,酒店位置很好,出门去哪里都比较方便,房间硬件设施也不错,早餐做的口味也可以,我订的比较早,所以性价比是非常高的
