我和家人在这里住了两晚，对这里抱有一定的期望，但不幸的是，这次体验令人失望。

入住手续还行。我等了几分钟才有人来办理入住手续，而且他们来了之后，一直在打电话。虽然工作人员很友好，但感觉不够专业。第二天晚上，我去要毛巾时，也发生了同样的事情——服务员一直在打电话。

客房清洁和便利设施：

我们期待在入住的两晚期间有客房服务，但一直没有。没有人解释客房清洁政策，所以我们外出回来后，不得不自己去要毛巾。对于一家人来说，这很不方便。此外，第一天电视就卡住了，一直没用。我两次向前台寻求帮助，但没有人处理。房间里有孩子，电视无法使用，这让人很沮丧。

退房及后续服务

退房时，我向前台解释了这个问题。工作人员向我保证会有人跟进，但最终却没有人跟进。

总的来说，作为之前住过万豪酒店的人（包括街对面的Residence Inn酒店，我在那里体验非常好），我很后悔这次选择SpringHill Suites。缺乏专业精神、服务沟通不畅以及一些未解决的问题，让这次入住体验远低于预期。（附言：我曾是万豪精英会员，住过多家万豪酒店）

The customer service was excellent. Our room was very spacious except a few towels had hair on them. I was able to get new fresh towels without hesitation. I would return and recommend.

Room and hotel were comfortable and clean. Only minutes from the Henry Ford Museum and Greenfield Village.

Two items I’d love to see improved if we return is that the pool was like ice. Even for kids it was hard to get in. The other is how environmentally unfriendly all of the plates, cups, and cutlery were. Everything is styrofoam, everything has an unneeded extra layer of plastic. It’s pretty archaic to envision a company being this environmentally unconscious.

Otherwise, everything was great. The hotel itself was great!

We were doing Halloween at greenfield village so this was a perfect place to rest our heads after. Fabulous location. Very clean and attentive staff. May just want to consider some additional luggage carts and warning people the fire doors do slam, so be considerate of other guests.
