酒店有很好的服务。工作人员很认真。很热情。酒店很干净。房间很大。很安静。是个不错的休息环境。
酒店的装修年份可能有点久了，有一些清理不掉的痕迹，但是能看出卫生打扫的很干净，挨着地铁站，可以直达武吉免登和茨厂街，去市区很方便。距离UCSI也很近，可以坐公交车或者走着一公里左右。前台人员不会讲中文，可以讲英文，不会英文的话前台会用翻译软件帮助办理入住。可以寄存行李。
低于预期，房间和设施都过时陈旧。房间还有霉味和异味，实在没什么可称赞的😭
如果你打算来个轻松悠闲的度假，请避开这家酒店，它只适合住一两晚，不推荐！

经济实惠。唯一的缺点是晚上非常吵，24小时都能听到水泵的声音。还能听到隔壁房间的人说话。隔音效果很差，能听到别人按门铃和关门的声音。只有本地电视频道，没有电视盒子。空调很冷，床很舒服。
环境还可以，就是有点吵，不过这是马来西亚的通病，酒店前台有能说中文的小哥哥，服务还行，押金只要60马就好
这是一家非常舒适漂亮的酒店！地理位置好，停车方便。房间干净、舒适，设施一应俱全……我们感觉就像在家里一样。我女儿特别喜欢浴缸。办理入住时，前台员工热情周到，乐于助人。哦对了，非常感谢名叫Fazila的员工，在我房间门打不开的时候帮了我大忙🥰。总的来说一切都很好……推荐入住！
