It’s not near the waterfront as it suggests . It’s an average hotel don’t expect any frills. The bathroom door handle fell off .this is ilorin you aren’t spoilt for choice. The fridge doesn’t work and the fridge enclosure won’t close . This isn’t a long term situation hotel . The area is good but the hotel itself is old and not well maintained

the best in ilorin, i stayed for more than 2 months i felt like im in my home. the service was good the gym was amazing . shoutout to the gym instructors ( eddie and fola) . yet the food is not that great ( extremely spicy) with limited options
