认真的点评一下,毕竟春节期间酒店价格不便宜。酒店胜在自然环境,出门见海,我们的房间在酒店尽头,海滩围住了,景色和可玩性比不上其他房间。但这个看运气。房间木质隔音比较差,卫生间也比较潮湿,床上有小蚂蚁,床品感觉十年没换过,国内这个价位的酒店肯定是不会用那么差的床品。出门基本靠摆渡车,每次喊至少十分钟,不打两次电话肯定不会有车来,前台态度非常敷衍,家庭房带了小朋友想加一床被子,从早上打电话到晚上都没送来,期间打了四次电话,每次都是wait for a moment。最后一次直接问她有没有,说有,但最后还是没有送来。也没有一句解释,这个价位的酒店这个服务还真的从未见过。整个服务感受差评,是住过的所有星级酒店中最差的。空调入住时是坏的,修了半小时吧。早饭中规中矩,游泳池加分。

在兰卡威四天三晚,酒店很满意,环境很棒,岛景房,一层,出门就是沙滩,海岛,而且比海景那边安静很多,出门娃就能挖沙,有沙滩椅可以遮阴。酒店可以点餐到房间,也有夜宵,电话点餐很方便,各种餐饮,甜点,饮品应有尽有,虽然附近没有什么吃的,但在酒店可以解决一切,比用grab的外卖要干净很多,看着也很有食欲,送餐也很快。酒店有两个泳池,儿童游玩设施,娃玩的意犹未尽,珍南海滩的落日真的超级美,比落日巡航的不差,酒店整体很安静,内部有一个湖,各种鸡蛋花,椰子树,还有开红花的凤凰树,特别美。酒店内有一个日用品纪念品小超市,可以买帽子泳衣挖沙工具纪念品,不用担心忘记带了,服务人员也很友善,第一天去了就丢了帽子在沙滩上,因为是开放式沙滩,没有找回来,第二天去买了个新的,算是纪念品了,哈哈,退房后还去买了娃喜欢的冰箱贴,队友买了棒球帽。酒店服务人员也很友善,开始给了二层,因为娃挖沙想住一层也给调换了一层,办理入住也很快,给了凉爽的小毛巾个饮品降温,因为下午5点的飞机退房时打电话询问了是不是可以延迟退房,也很nice的给延长了半小时,因为后面还有人入住只能晚半小时。房间空间足够,虽然设施有些旧了,但很干净整洁,打扫房间的服务人员每天都打扫的很干净整洁,四个大瓶水很充足,拖鞋牙刷等都有提供,也没见到可怕的不可怕的虫子等,空调很凉快,虽然是朝西,也不怎么热,整体舒适度很高。第一晚超级多蚊子,房间只有一个驱蚊器,又要了一个,很管用,点上一会蚊子就都不飞了,四天行程娃只被叮了两个包,户外基本没有蚊子,不用担心。酒店距离机场很近,不到15分钟的距离,很方便,个人觉得住在这里比瓜镇要好,距离海边近,适合带娃来度假,还有国内小区运动健身器械,哈哈,娃都体验了。下次来兰卡威还会选择这个酒店。
对于住了3晚花了八千,感觉没有超预期。前台接待人还是很好很热情的。至于每天早餐时间。工作人员基本上就是没什么表情,吃东西的品种也不多。度假村很大。所以走到你房间还是需要时间的。尤其天很热,就有点走不动。算是亲子酒店,但是没有小朋友版的牙刷牙膏沐浴露洗发水浴袍等。真的和国内比还是差远了。有2片区域的游泳池。其中一片是有简单的滑滑梯。酒店直接是对着珍南海滩的。可以看落日玩沙等。房间第二天回来,发现打扫很一般,被子里层有2个污斑。被子掀起来床单上的头发也没清干净。被单被套还是挺旧的,有些泛深黄。卫生间的毛巾浴巾系列也是发黑的,应该是循环利用了很多次了。有充电的USB接口,一个床头2个。其余需要转化器充电。电蚊香片,就没有给我加过。就是来的时候2片。就没了。纸巾一开始没给,是我打电话到前台才送来的。我们房间阳台出来就是泳池,还算比较方便,在2片区域。但是离早餐的地方就远了~哎~ 房间空调声音还是有些大的。
环境很棒,在自然融入在公共海滩,相对独立,闹中取静。早餐有气泡酒。住在海景别墅就在沙滩边上。游泳池很棒,有水疗设施。周围有海洋馆,购物中心,一堆小工艺品商店和麦当劳肯德基必胜客。大量巧克力免税店。
离机场比较近,度假型酒店,房间很多,园区很大。新年期间入住的,每晚2500以上价格了,不知道是不是假期原因,反正酒店对中国人的服务,不算很及时响应。离开和到达没有工作人员帮忙从车上取行李的或者引导到大堂,这点比泰国要差点。酒店虫子特别多,蚊子也多,注意防虫。
酒店空调是坏的,不能调节风向,2000多一晚的酒店,挂机空调美的的,还是坏的,灯也是坏的,洗手间排风噪音超级大,呼啦啦响!不提供儿童的浴袍,成人拖鞋也没有,住了三晚,没拖鞋,没浴袍,整体隔音超级差,早餐没啥吃的,每天就面包片,一杯咖啡
户外泳池真的还不错,孩子超级喜欢,每天都游泳,沙滩的沙子扎脚,不好
总结就是不值这个钱,之前去亚庇的香格里拉,印度人收拾卫生,地面超级干净!
床品一般,空调太吵,不提供梳子,洗漱用品档次太低,牙刷掉毛。度假村很大很漂亮,沿海滩走看到3合1, 价格350RM/人,尝试还价失败,无人机跟拍80RM, 距离焰火表演走路可达,餐厅晚餐味道尚可,早餐尚可,跟丹绒鲁度假村一个老板,一动一静。

公共区域的设施都很好,两个泳池都很棒,小朋友玩的不亦乐乎。房间里空调声音有点响,蚊子有点多,第一天没点蚊香娃被咬惨了,后面两天点蚊香+睡前拍蚊子。整体还是比较满意的,住了这酒店我都没出海,酒店里泡了三天。
房间有点老旧,隔音不太好,不过都是这种小木屋可以理解,给我们是二楼的房间,会帮忙搬行李这点不用担心,二楼层高比较高空调制冷会比较慢,由于是木屋结构门窗缝隙比较大小虫会多点。酒店整体很有度假氛围,可惜要去丽贝岛之住了一晚
