Location of property is breathtaking. The valley view rooms start from 101 have picturesque view. Dinner was delicious. One day dinner was grand when occupancy was high. Some addition could be done in B/F menu like nuts and some milk shakes etc. live counter served good dosa . Restaurant manager MS ida looked after all guests with warmth and smile. Since we were checking out early morning they insisted to carry packed BF .

Reaching there may be slightly inconvenient but place is great once you reach there. Pool is great to go early morning , you can trek around and don't forget indoor games. You would love the place. The staff is polite and really helpful. Over all bad good time

Resort has good amenities and varied activities. Separate Swimming pool for kids is also good. View from our balcony was the best thing. We watched sunset from there. Very very beautiful view. Staff is cooperative and kind. They make fresh food which taste good. Resort is so nice that we cancelled our sight scenes and enjoyed resort. Definitely worth it!!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this resort! The panoramic views from our room were breathtaking and truly made our visit special. What impressed us most was how family-friendly this place is. Traveling with our energetic 2-year-old can be challenging, but the staff went above and beyond to make our experience seamless. The restaurant is thoughtfully designed with a safe, spacious play area where children can enjoy themselves while parents dine in peace. The staff was incredibly attentive to our little one, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our meals. The food deserves special recognition - absolutely outstanding! Both the South Indian and North Indian dishes were perfectly prepared and delicious. I want to give special thanks to Pratap, whose extensive knowledge during the plantation tour was fascinating and enriching. Also, huge appreciation to Iba for being exceptionally friendly and showing amazing skills with children. This resort truly understands family hospitality. We’ll definitely be returning!

虽然地理位置很好，但如果从价格来看，性价比就没那么高了。食物的品质和种类都很少。水疗中心还在建设中，骑行活动也无法进行，所以度假村里可以打发一整天的活动项目不多。服务方面还不错，不过退房的时候会接到很多催促电话，每隔五分钟就打来。我就在五分钟内接到了三个催促退房的电话。
