We stayed at One Boutique for a couple of days when visiting Sekinchan. The sights in Sekinchan are pretty spread out & the hotel was between the town & the fishing village, Bagan. We were able to park there before check-in when we arrived in the morning. The room was very clean & spacious. There was also a balcony, which was great. It was quite difficult to get the temperature on the aircon right as it was either too hot or too cold. There wasn't any soap at the sink but there was a dispenser in the shower which was for the shower gel & shampoo (we assume). There are no screens separating the shower area so the bathroom can get a bit wet after a shower. Bottles of water were provided but it would have been greener to have water coolers on the landing. There was ample space for the storage of luggage though there were only 2 hangers provided & no hooks in the bathroom for towels; just one rail. The towels were very well worn, threadbare & stained. Hair dryers were not available in rooms and have to be requested at reception. Staff were generally pleasant. The young lady who did the cleaning was very kind - we had hung the clothes out to dry on the balcony but it started raining, and we went back to rescue the clothes but the cleaner had already brought them in for us. So nice! When we have been in reception at odd hours, like early in the morning, there have been staff asleep at the counter, which was quite unprofessional. Overall, we liked our stay at One Boutique & wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend it to people visiting Sekinchan. Thanks again to the lovely staff who rescued our clothes!!
