Made a reservation for dinner at the restaurant for 6 persones. We were completely ignored entering the restaurant. We found a place to sit by ourselves and again we were ignored. Two people came in and got instant service. Two other people followed minutes later and again were served immidiately. After being ignored for 20 minutes we left the restaurant. There are no excuses for such a bad service. Hohentauern got two other restaurants who do know how to serve their gasts.

我们在Gasthof Lanz餐厅吃过几次饭,每次都很满意。可惜上次投诉出了问题。我礼貌而冷静地向老板指出我的鱼片里有一只苍蝇,结果却得到了如此粗鲁无礼的回应,我绝对不会再来这家餐厅了。这里处理投诉的方式如此不专业,真是令人遗憾。
服务不友好,食物不太好吃,而且价格过高。 餐厅的氛围也没有散发出太多的舒适感。总体而言,这次住宿并不是一次值得推荐的体验。该地区的餐馆以合理的价格提供更多美味的当地美食。
