Made a reservation for dinner at the restaurant for 6 persones. We were completely ignored entering the restaurant. We found a place to sit by ourselves and again we were ignored. Two people came in and got instant service. Two other people followed minutes later and again were served immidiately. After being ignored for 20 minutes we left the restaurant. There are no excuses for such a bad service. Hohentauern got two other restaurants who do know how to serve their gasts.
2024年10月，我预订了两间客房，准备在奥地利跨年。我收到了确认信息。然而，2025年12月30日，我却被告知房间已全部订满。他们只是推荐了另一家价格高得离谱的酒店，仅此而已！这家酒店宣传的桑拿房几乎从来都不热。跨年晚宴的糟糕体验彻底毁掉了我之前在奥地利的所有美好回忆！令人失望，而且非常不专业。
我们在Gasthof Lanz餐厅吃过几次饭，每次都很满意。可惜上次投诉出了问题。我礼貌而冷静地向老板指出我的鱼片里有一只苍蝇，结果却得到了如此粗鲁无礼的回应，我绝对不会再来这家餐厅了。这里处理投诉的方式如此不专业，真是令人遗憾。
服务不友好，食物不太好吃，而且价格过高。 餐厅的氛围也没有散发出太多的舒适感。总体而言，这次住宿并不是一次值得推荐的体验。该地区的餐馆以合理的价格提供更多美味的当地美食。
不幸的是我无法提供有关酒店的任何信息，因为我们只是在那里吃饭。菜肴非常美味且具有当地特色。整个房子维护得很好，服务也是一流的。房子的位置在上陶恩当然很漂亮，总而言之，这是旅行时值得停留的一个真正的推荐。
