My wife and I were accompanied by the same friend who was with us in May 2023 when we last visited Villa Gardenia. At the time I said that it was on my re-visit list. Two years on and much has changed. The value of the currency has gone down and the restaurant prices are noticeably higher. The overall the value for money and the level of service offered by Alpay and his able assistant Aynur remained very good. Attention to detail and hospitality were outstanding. Another wonderful holiday completed.

I came here with 10 friends for a week at the beginning of june. 1 couple in our party had been here previously and recommended us, another couple where frequent visitors to Dalyan and couldn't speak more highly of the area. I was certainly not disappointed, we arrived late evening to a very warm welcome from Alpay who owns the apartments. I had the attic apartment in the annexe, which was really lovely, a large bedroom with a balcony with lovely views, also air con in the bedroom, lounge diner and a small bathroom. The pool area was lovely with the bar. Alpay and his housekeeper were on hand for any of our needs I had a wonderful holiday with amazing friends, one of the best I've ever had, Dalyan and the surrounding areas are truly beautiful , from the lovely town with plenty of shops/ bars and restaurants, to the boat taxis to the stunning beach, which is protected from the turtles, which you see plenty of. Various other trips taken, up river to the mud baths, sail boating around the 12 islands from gocek and hired quad bikes. I would totally recommend villa gardenia to anyone wanting to explore the area, and i fully intend to return.

Very handy location 6-8 minute walk from central bars and Restaurants, 3 minutes from saturday market, mini supermarket 2 minutes walk away, Turkish Bath around the corner. Located in a quiet suburb of Dalyan. Accomodation isnt modern but has everything you need, including settee furnishings dvd for TV. Kitchen is basic but has everything you need too cook from beds for me were comfy not to firm, (great pillows) the apartment on arrival was spotlessly clean, even took in our washing at a very reasonable rate. Bar apparently in the process of a refit was good fun when couldn't be bothered to go into town, you can order breakfast around pool if on shortstay and lunch too (no menu). Pool is deep for children, very clean no missing tiles. Owner happy to arrange trips our private boat trip was amazing. Very nice family run complex would use it again.

Found the information on line which proved to be accurate in every detail. The owner/manager, Alpay, was friendly, accommodating and spoke very good English. We met a few other guests during our 10 night stay, all who were repeat visitors, which speaks volumes. We were a group of three seniors, myself and my wife plus our friend . We stayed in a two bedroom two bathroom duplex, which was perfect for our needs. The linen was changed regularly. There was basic kitchen facilities which were adequate for our needs, a small microwave could have been a benefit. We had a lovely time and would be pleased to recommend this accommodation.
