Cannot fault this place at all. Lovely staff clean bright room . Guests need to be made aware that if sleeping in the front of the property it's unlikely you will get any sleep at all. Constant noise from delinquents driving loud cars pumping out drill and rap noise at least until 4 am. When this was reported to staff they shrugged and went ' what can you do?'. Is there no law enforcement in Ballina????

Probably the dirtiest place I’ve ever stayed in in Europe. The carpets on the stairs and in the room were stained, signs of possible mould in the shower, sheet dirty on one side (was it changed?). No lift and stairs very narrow.

Awful, staff unfriendly, unhelpful and seemed annoyed with visitors especially the waitress, really unattractive and disenchanted, very cold personality as with the blond bar maid yuk yuk yuk, will not return
