From check in to check out. The entire staff was friendly and kept it professional. Cleanliness was beyond excellent. Parking on both front and back of the hotel. Plenty of activities to do in lobbies: from puzzles, chess, and flat screen tvs. The pool area was fun for the little ones . Stay here, if you're ever in Salida,CO.

Enjoyed our Stay

We enjoyed our spacious and clean room. Breakfast choices were good. Would encourage better maintenance of the facility itself although it’s better than many motels. Mattress and pillows were harder than we like. Loved the access to the river walk!!!

The room was very spacious and clean. Finding a place to stay as a family with 4 kids isn't always easy, but our room had a king bed, pull out couch/bed, and full size bunk beds. We didn't want to leave and will definitely be staying here the next time we come through. Only complaint was that it wasn't ready at check in time, but the staff was very nice and reassuring while we waited. The strawberry waffles at breakfast are just the icing on the cake for this hotel!

Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in awhile. No hot water, had a cold shower. No tv remote had to ask for one took 3 before we got it to work. Then from the time we got back to our room until 11 pm and then again at 6 am it sounded kind a pack of wild animals running in circles. So sad since the room was nice great beds a nice sofa bed and chair ottomans but the negative outweighed the positive

Paid for a room with a toilet. Tolbert didn’t work

The toilet did not work. They did not switch me rooms and I was recommended to use the public bathroom on the first floor.
