Very pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. Even more, delighted. The hotel is located in a quiet place and we only spent the night. However, kudos to the architect for the work done. Large and spacious rooms, neat, clean. The refrigerator in the room is very useful. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. We had dinner at the hotel and the restaurant has a very pleasant Bavarian atmosphere and the food is excellent. The breakfast is also to be commended

This hotel and restaurant deserve an extra plus on the 5 out of 5 . The very old government building has been converted into a very updated and modern hotel with the original old exterior and a very well designed and engineered interior which is aesthetically pleasing and very comfortable. Rooms are large and clean , bright and comfortable. Bathroom is modern , clean and bright . The restaurant serves an excellent and diverse menu at a very reasonable price point . Great inside and secure bicycle storage . The best part of this excellent hotel restaurant is the staff . The reception was very friendly and helpful . One of the owners , Alex Häusler , who we had the opportunity to meet and speak at length with was a great host - full of knowledge and local history and was a pleasure to speak with . His English was much better than my German . Will return to this place whenever we are in the area on one of our bicycling adventures in Bavaria ,

这家酒店装修精美，品味高雅，潜力无限。但要真正成为一家好酒店，还需要优秀的员工。而这里却缺乏这样的人才。我带着两个孩子深夜抵达，却没有人帮我们搬行李。后来，我礼貌地询问是否可以把三个盘子带回房间。孩子们累了，我们晚餐还剩下一些面包卷和香肠。我提出要求后，却被粗鲁地告知工作人员“不喜欢在房间里吃饭”。这栋楼是受保护建筑，如果我们的食物弄坏了地板，修复起来可要花一大笔钱。啊？！？还吃着面包卷和香肠？！而且，所有这一切都是用一种令人难以言喻的粗鲁语气做的！早餐时，他们甚至连一次问候都没人打招呼，更别说问我们是否一切安好之类的了……真是难以置信。我很少在酒店遇到如此粗鲁无礼的对待。第一天晚上，那位女士破坏了我在那里吃晚餐的计划，但这次可不是这样。我们宁愿开车几公里去伊辛——那里的员工总是友好又专业。房间总体来说很不错。然而，抵达当天，我们房间里竟然有20只蚊子，这可不是闹着玩的。装个纱窗肯定有帮助。总而言之，不得不说，客人在这里并非优先考虑的对象。他们宁愿不理会客人。这么漂亮的建筑，真是可惜了！
