I visited there with family in a function .Hotel is very nice .food and services are very nice .Staff are very helpfull and coperative.we enjoyed in Hotel .we are very happy and recommend this Hotel for Marriage function and stay.

I will pay 3400 Rupees for this room 201 but room Not Clean!!!! 3rd Class Hotel. bhai even isse achha 1200 rupee Ka hotel bhi bhut clean hota h. 3rd class hotel and Service

There were regular power cuts and noises from outside and the hotel infrastructure was also not good.

at the hotel there were regular light cuts one after another and the rooms with falling paint here and there, it was definitely a really bad experience, no connection with the kitchen or anywhere else after too much of calls, 10-15 calls. Can’t be called a 3 star property experience. Thanks

Utsav grand property is very big, but very poorly maintained, no hot water supply, cob webs, leaks in the walls covered with fungus, no staff to attend, pegion menance all over the property. I spite of complaint s to change the room staff was very reluctant. Very bad experience did not want to defame but not worth u are money.

Room was not clean and bed spread and comforts were torn. When requested theyu provided new one. It was also torn

Not well maintained property, fungus and cob webs every were, reluctant and clueless staff. Needs lot of staff for maintenance.
