Excellent Place to expend some time in a relax mode. It's my second time in this property this year and I love it .

The hotel was beautiful and service was amazing however not what I was expecting. It took us an hr through rough windy roads to reach our destination. It was scary at night and raining. We only stayed thejj by one night and then went to The Brown which was a better location for us .

Everything inside the facilities is great! From great service provided by Jose to a steak cooked to perfection by the chef. The views are spectacular, the room was very spacious, the jacuzzis outside and in the room worked perfectly and had hot water. The pool area is just beautiful with the surrounding lake and mountains. The gardens were just beautiful, the whole place is beautiful! It is very well taken care of. We got to kayak around and it was a lot of fun! The room was beautiful! One star is deducted due to the way to get to the hotel, the last 6 kms were not on a paved road and it is bumpy. Recommend getting there either by boat or a large/high car or SUV. Also, it takes about 50 minutes to get to Guatape town and you can arrange a car with the front desk or a small boat to take you to the small town of Guatape. Once we were in the hotel, we didnt had the need to leave the hotel. It is a great place to disconnect from daily life and enjoy yourself with your loved one. And I almost forgot, this hotel is top less, so adults only! It is a very relaxing place! Enjoy!

Everything I experienced was spectacular: the delicious food, the facilities, the view. I give it a 10 out of 10. I went with my partner, and we both had a wonderful experience. We connected with the place and nature, and she was able to work from there

Amazing place! Beautiful. The road not so good but they offer boat transportation from another hotel in the town. The service, the food 10/10. Friendly and happy staff

我在这家酒店的体验非常好，在约定的时间登记入住，房间：很棒，按要求配备了两张床，舒适，清洁度极佳，安静，床单无可挑剔。食物：食物很棒，一切都是点菜，有非常独特的菜肴。设施：泳池和湿区都无可挑剔。员工提供优质的客户服务。完全推荐的酒店，我会再去很多次。
