Staff was very nice, but what was described in ******* nothing matched. No restaurant, no Bar and lounge. No room service ECT. It should have said need a place to sleep we have it here. That's it. ******* you have let me down for the first time.

The hotel was really nice - but for us the service is the thing that made it perfect!!! Sarah was so kind, nice , understanding and welcoming!! Everything we asked she tried to help with a smile. Her English is perfect and that’s make it easy to talk to her. We arrived for the check in late at night , but still she was so kind and helpful although the late hour. Thank you so much❤️🙏

They offered internet and no give internet the water is shut off and the lite too to many things
一家小型家庭经营的酒店。非常漂亮，旁边就是一家小超市。酒店里有很多猫狗，旁边就有停车场。
没有热水，根本没有水压。没有洗漱用品，地板上有食物托盘。我们没有得到我们支付的合适房间。位置偏僻，离海滩很远，尽管标称的距离是 1 公里。我们宁愿睡在别处。管理层对我们很吝啬
度假时的一个不错的选择，超级安静，服务非常好，友善，距离前往奥尔沃克斯的港口非常近，房间宽敞舒适。
