The best low price hotel I have ever stayed in. The place had been recently renovated(the plumber and the electrician should be ashamed, the light switch was upside down and the sink water connections were reversed). At least two of the interior walls were brick which made the room very quiet even though the hotel is right next to the interstate and about two blocks from the train tracks. No strange people, and no bugs.

Very , very comfortable

Our Son (a musician) played a show at The Happy Place Bar. We were able to walk there and back. The room was super clean, tge comforter was soft, the temperature was perfect, tv was just fine, customer service was friendly, and the price was Very affordable! No roaches or bed bugs (u check by using flashlight in dark room under mattresses near headboard) and everything was just as it should be. We will not hesitate to go back! Had fridge and microwave, close to several restaurants. Just a lovely motel!
