We've stayed at Dunstan House several times over the past few years. The rooms are first class and all of the staff are lovely. The outside area is very popular and rightly so. The location is brilliant, just a very short walk into Burnham . We will definitely be booking a again

Had a fabulous Christmas meal at the Dunstan House. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. Will definitely stay again.

Great small B&B / hotel which was well located for our needs. Fantastic breakfast with typical English atmosphere and very friendly staff. Rooms were very clean. We could not have asked for more!

Very pleased with stay at The Dunstan. Room excellent,staff brilliant. Food was great. Very pleased.The hotel is well placed for watching the famous Highbridge and Burnham carnival Parade.

We pre booked a table and to be totally honest on arrival we did wonder had we done the right thing . The public bar area was really busy and very noisy . Staff were clearly under a lot of pressure and stressed . Often either not able to hear orders or not concentrating . We were eventually served and advised no table service, order at the bar . Again a long wait to order at the bars . The food didn’t take long at all and when it came was really good , hot and plentiful without being off putting . Delicious tender chicken and beef was tasty . Gravy separate which is great and a rarity today . Vegetables plenty and varied also hot . Despite a worrying start we did really enjoy it and good value for money . Still waiting for my English mustard that never did turn up however

Staff and hotel were nice, the bed being uncomfortable and full of bedbugs and my partner having a severe allergic reaction to them wasn't, neither is the fact that I've complained by email several times and am not getting any response

Room as described and very comfortable. Unfortunately there was a big issue with the food. Most of the menu was unavailable and we weren’t advised of this until we went to order. If we had been we would have gone out for our meal. I am left with the impression that our stay could have been a really lovely experience but sadly it wasn’t.

Very comfortable large double bed with high quality crispy linen. A nice large room with a decent sized en suite. Good facilities and a nice selection of coffee and teas. The room did face the road which is a little distant but busy and you do hear some traffic noise. Breakfast was great , nice drinks and good quality produce. I only had a drink in the pub but it’s welcoming and I’m sure busy with locals. I would definitely stay here again.
