Just had a two night stay, was a bit dissatisfied as the room was not as nice as it looked on the photos, it was clean and Larraine was very welcoming, but it was very tired , and a little time and money could make it better, the bed was very soft and the pillows were not very good. The breakfast was continental but you had to eat in your room, don’t think the food is checked very often as we want some toast but the butter was black inside and the cereal was stuck and took some getting out of the container, a cooked breakfast would have been a nice option as just down the road we found out for the money we paid at Manor , at Arundle Hotel for £6 each more we could have had a better stay.

A satisfactory experience.
This is a simple B & B with parking out the back. It was entirely satisfactory for our visit to Whitby and the 15 minute walk to town was OK. However it was relatively expensive for what it offered.

Very pleasant owner lives on site. External Painting being undertaken not a problem.
Continental plus Included breakfast but to be eaten in room, self served from dresser on landing.
