We had a quick one-night stay at the property. It felt clean but is dated and the air conditioning unit did not work properly. We enjoyed sitting outside. It would be nice if there was more seating other than the 1 bench directly in the sun. The property was comfortable enough for a 1-night stay while traveling out I-10.

Staff was good and facility was clean. Area was kind of busy and crowded, but the overall experience was well worth the money - a good value. Shower was clean and nice as well, a bonus.
