Basic room on the Camino. Owner not very friendly or welcoming. Room was in the front and was very noisy until midnight and then from 6 am. There are better nicer accommodations at the top of the town. Price was ok but would have been nice to include some breakfast at the price.

Posada El Tesin is charming, clean, comfortable and quiet. The food was wonderful and the staff was friendly, efficient and happy to help. It was a wonderful first night for us walking the Camino from Astorga. I would recommend it and I would definitely stay there again.

Very transactional experience, ok place if you cannot find anywhere else in the village. Food not great. Laundry a bit of a rip off at 10 euros and came back still wet and I suspect not very clean. They did provide a nice picnic though. Not sure everyone’s heart there is in it.

Had a delicious and filling lunch here during my camino. Had the fish (one of the best I've had during my walk), gazpacho (so yummy!), fruit (banana), and a bottle of water, all for EUR 15. Very conveniently located at the entrance of town, and also where I checked in for my albergue for the night. Wonderful service.

After spending two weeks on the Camino de Santiago, my next stop was in Rabanal del Camino. On short notice, I contacted Posada El Tesin and they replied almost instantly. They confirmed availability and I headed their way. When I arrived there were several people awaiting service yet the pleasant lady in charge took the time to check me in quickly and patiently answered ALL of my questions as if I were her only guest. This genuinely kind level of service is quite unusual to stumble upon. It quickly became my favorite town on the Camino and the Posada Tesin is the main reason why. What an amazing staff! They helped with the town information, food, drinks, laundry, directions, historical facts, and even recommendations for the next town over, which no other establishment had done so far. I highly recommend a stay at Posada El Tesino and encourage you to call for a reservation.
