I have stayed in many hotels across different states, including Radisson, Country Inn, and several others, but my experience here has been truly special because of her excellent service. Sneha is extremely sweet, polite, and professional in her work. She maintains the rooms very well and ensures everythingfrom cleanliness to dental kits, water bottles, and other essentials is always provided properly and on time. Whatever assistance I requested was handled promptly with great care and responsibility. Her warm smile, kind behavior, and dedication towards guests create a very comfortable and welcoming environment. Staff members like Sneha truly deserve recognition for their hard work and commitment to customer satisfaction. I strongly believe that employees like her add great value to Bloom Hotel’s reputation. I had a bad experience at this hotel. The room was not clean, and the check-in process took too much time. The dinner was not good, and the service was disappointing. I hope they improve their cleanliness and customer service in the future.

Really nice hotel to stay in central jalandhur near to model town. Nice very clean double room with big comfortable bed. Fluffy white towels. Small safe, laptop safe with reception. Aircon come on automatically have to switch off manually everytime. House keeping staff - fantastic job done, antastic someday laundry service by 4pm. Gurlabh was most helpful with all requests. Good breakfast options - no complaints all dishes tried were nice and tasty. Restaurant staff attentive and so polite. Reception did great too. I stayed for 2 nights, wished I could have stayed and enjoyed this hotel for longer. My score 9/10.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I would especially like to mention Sneha—she is a very nice girl with a polite and caring nature. She provided excellent service and was always ready to help with a smile. Her positive attitude really made the experience better. Overall, very good service and a pleasant stay.

The ambience of the hotel is very nice .The staff of the hotel is very cooperative and supportive specially Sneha and Satyam . All the basic amenities are there .
