It was good property .But service was very poor . Staff was not trained and not courteous. They don’t know hospitality

Rooms were ok. Ac remote was not working. So switching it off was the only way to control temperature. Tv provided in the room was not working. When asked for drinking water, they couldn’t provide normal ro water. The only option was paid mineral water. Food was average.

I visited the Resort to have lunch in it's stylish restaurant of which my local acquaintances were boasting a lot. From the brief visit ( in which I went around the resort and saw the rooms too ) I must say that for a small place like Morena the resort heralds a new era as such rich ambience is a pleasant surprise there. The rooms are just magnificent and at a price twenty percent less than of similar room in Gwalior or 35 percent less than that at Agra. Mind you - Morena is just one and a half hour from Agra and not even an hour's distance from Gwalior. The Hotel externally has more of a Mysore palace look but the interiors are also richly done. Even the Elevator inside is beautiful. The restaurant has two hexagonal areas on opposite ends which impart it a stylish look. The service is fast and food satisfactory. The restaurant menu is extensive with a large variety of Veg and Non Veg dishes. The resort is on the Mumbai-Gwalior- Agra National highway.

The hotel's accommodations and staff were of a high standard, however, there appears to be an area of concern regarding food waste. Additionally, the hotel's location was found to be quite favorable.
