AC was Great.
Staff was friendly.
However, if you are a light sleeper, as myself, u might want to stay elsewhere.
This Motel is right next to the train tracks, and the multiple trains kept me from a good night's sleep .

The stay was very uncomfortable due to the heat and very loud air conditioner. The bedding was very old. The service was excellent.

A basic room sufficed for sleeping. Earplugs were helpful for the train across the street. Nothing fancy. Small refrigerator and microwave. Check in was quick and thorough, though not friendly.

Awesome service. Checked in at 11 pm and desk clerk was super friendly. Processed reservation quick and had me in mynroom in less than 5 minutes. Room was clean and bed was super comfortable. I stay here every time I travel

Stay here and help the local economy.
Small motel. I didn't have much interaction with the receptionist. He had check in organized so it went fast. The room was recently painted and there was evidence of ongoing work to make it nicer. There were some things one comes to expect that were missing: kleenex, shampoo. I didn't ask to see if they were available at the desk. Coffee was available in the morning.

Union Pacific Sunset Route fly by.
I loved it for all the trains rolling by. My enamorata, not so much.

Room is neat and clean. Outside needs a little TLC like painting but it's under new ownership so I assume it will get better with time.
