酒店回复: We are genuinely saddened to read that you felt disrespected and unsafe during your stay. That is the opposite of the experience we want for any guest, especially women travelling with us. While our investigation found no recorded incident matching your description, we never dismiss a guest’s feelings. We have immediately strengthened our staff sensitivity training to prevent even the perception of such behaviour. The shower mould and dirty balcony were clear failures on our part and have been fully resolved. We are truly sorry we let you down and would consider it a privilege to restore your trust one day.
