We had a lovely stay at Hostal Desert, mainly thanks to the warmth and kindness of the hosts. It's at around a 10-minute walk from downtown San Pedro, and the atmosphere of the hostal is relaxing, making it a great place to rest after exploring San Pedro de Atacama and its surroundings. The hostal has a 24-hour open kitchen, very well equipped, with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and water available at all times, which was a really nice touch and made us feel at home. We truly appreciated the personal and caring attention, and we would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a friendly and comfortable stay.

Very nice place, the owner Angelica is the most friendly and adorable person. One of my favourite hostels I've stayed in so far! Fantastic value for money. The staff were always kind, friendly and helpful! free water and brilliant well equipped kitchen. Our room was cleaned every day and the breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend staying here!, San Pedro de Atacama beautiful rustic town.
