Room had no ventilation. Blankets were smelling bad. Wash room, had exhaust fan but not functioning. I had there many times but never in this room. Tata tv was unpaid. See only few free channels. Regular customer service missing.

The cons first have to climb 1 flight of stairs with your luggage as there’s no lift the ac is old so it takes a long time to cool the big room the trash can provided is very small so we had to ask for the help to unload it many times in a day or keep the trash separately in a cover in the corner now for the pros room was very clean and hygienic bathroom is big and comfortable the services provided were really good tea when you ask cutlery provided for the price it’s a more than decent hotel
