Front desk manager was pretty helpful and diligent and deserves appreciation.

- Service is a bit slow across the board (hospitality, room service and breakfast).

- Upkeep and Updates is required - Room had non-working power plugs, rusted door hinges, stains on shower curtain, low water pressure in shower. No concept of daily room service and had to request for toiletries, towels and other elements.

The location is suitable in terms of neighbourhood markets, restaurants & clubs. The property is neat & clean with the most polite & accommodating staff. Rooms are perfectly sized for min 3 guests. I had a pleasant stay in my deluxe room. I received brilliant hospitality. The room, bathroom, blankets everything was tidy which was the most important part for me. And lastly, the meals were also tasty.

The only disappointing point was that the menu was limited.

Otherwise, overall 5 star rating.

Staff and service is really polite and they provide everything with a happy face. Food is good too. We enjoyed our stay. Rooms are near and clean and you won't have any issues staying at this property.
