made reservation at Gîtes chez Baza for for a private room, personally spoke to M. Alain over the phone on march 6th, 2023 thinking that my resevation for august 19 2023 was confirmed, unfortunately on july 16 2023 i received a call from M. Alain , making me aware that the room i reserved back in march was reserved to a couple from France that reserved on Booking. M. Alain expexted me to take another room not equal to what i had originally reserved. the enterprise is far from being reliable, i would not even consider of refering nor ever give my hard worked money to someone that is not using common sense nor professionalisime. His error for not removing the availabilty of the room on the booking site. His only solution was to offer me a lower grade room and accomadate the new reservation made on booking im july 2023 rather that allow me to proceed with my reservation made back in march 2023.

阿兰欢迎您来到他整洁的房子，房子装饰非典型，位于美丽的社区。室外游泳池和按摩浴缸。一切都很完美，床单闻起来很香。阿兰在这里向您介绍该地区并为您提供很好的建议（多亏了他，我们才找到了枫糖）。起初我们有点不舒服，因为我们不习惯住宿加早餐，与他和另一对友好的夫妇合住我们的房子感觉很奇怪。还有一些规则需要遵守。厨房里提供丰盛美味的早餐（咸的、甜的）：友好的时光，阿兰喜欢讲一些笑话来缓和气氛
原创且非常有品位的装饰；泳池旁提供清凉饮料迎宾、免费停车、住宿地点、阿兰 (Alain) 的餐厅专家建议。早餐特别棒！！！早餐时阿兰的笑话让我们一早就心情好！
我们在这里度过了一段美好的时光。主人热情友好，竭尽所能让我们宾至如归。房间非常舒适，尤其是套房，简直太棒了。酒店还有一个漂亮的游泳池和一个位于树荫下的舒适按摩浴缸。早餐也无可挑剔，每天的菜品都不一样，而且都非常美味。酒店所在的街区安静祥和，距离市中心也很近。如此高品质的服务真是难得一见。
这个舞台有足够的空间，非常好的床上用品和非常高水平的早餐：又漂亮又好。房东非常热情，给了很好的建议。装修风格非典型，如果质量好的话，我们也没有比这更欣赏的了
