早餐丰富,味道好
令人惊讶的是,床单上有些污渍,枕头有异味,房间里还有股不寻常的气味。我们预订这家酒店是觉得它离德州农工大学很近,但同样价格甚至更低的价格,你可以找到更干净的酒店。此外,我还在和酒店就重复收费的问题进行争论,因为我通过 Trip.com 预付了房费,但退房后酒店又再次向我收取了同样的费用。如果我没有查看信用卡账单,这笔钱就悄无声息地过去了。酒店员工非常散漫,不愿意解决问题,也没有为他们的错误道歉,好像他们根本不在乎。抱歉,我再也不会踏进这家酒店了,因为我不信任他们!

我对这家酒店的整体印象很好。服务周到,也很乐于助人。
误导
酒店当时正在施工,他们只有一部电梯,我们入住期间,孩子们在走廊里跑来跑去,敲门什么的。我们打电话反映情况,但什么也没发生,第二天早上我们得6点起床去参加一个活动,结果我们非常疲惫。第二天早上准备退房时,我告诉工作人员,她说我们应该打电话反映,我说我们确实打电话反映过了,他们会采取措施的,基本上就是服务非常差。
酒店正在装修中。目前为止,大堂和用餐区看起来非常漂亮。员工友好热情。房间很小,床也不太舒服。对我来说,最主要的问题是没有沐浴露。壁挂架可以放洗发水、护发素和沐浴露,但只放了一瓶护发素(我更喜欢沐浴露)。他们似乎不想解决小问题,而是让客人自己处理。早餐很不错,价格合理。我不确定是否会再次入住,但这取决于未来的装修进展。
我想说,我们真的很失望没能体验到预订的酒店,因为前台人员在我们等待服务的那一整小时里都找不到,也没人接。大约30分钟后,我们开始四处打电话,想找其他酒店入住,幸运的是,我们找到了另一个房间。开了两个小时的车,还看了深夜篮球赛,这次经历真是糟透了。希望这个问题能尽快得到解决。
停车场不太好,我知道停车场正在装修,但我们的房间非常潮湿,当我们盖上床单时,感觉床单都湿了。另外,我们洗澡时,有两只蟑螂从排水管里钻了出来。早上水压也很低。
适合带宠物入住的好地方
Aggieland 正在进行全面翻新,大堂曾经是与朋友聚会的绝佳去处。唯一的缺点是,虽然是一家宠物友好型酒店,但狗狗们的草地却很少。前台接待员都非常热情友好,合作愉快。
非常非常舒服。
我走遍了世界各地,这张床绝对是我最爱的三张床之一!枕头非常舒服,选择也很多。我喜欢步入式淋浴间。最棒的是,在德克萨斯农工大学,我爱上了农工大学的装饰!
