In a row full of hotels, La Madrague is the only one with a dirty beach. Other hotels pick up litter daily. Rooms are very basic and run down. Food is overpriced, frozen and not very good. A friend referred me to this hotel and I’m certain she actually doesn’t like me! When we paid with our card at check out, the money was deducted from my bank but the owner Nicki said she hadn’t received it. She became Aggressive and we went to the cash machine with one of her workers. We moved to the hotel next door Midez HR where our money was respected

Vacationing with my family from london, we decided to have a beach day after few days in abidjan. we just tried the restaurant and we cannot comment on the hotel. Lunch was actually very good of not cheap at all. we spent £100 us two adults and two toddlers. i would like to say hi to the owner though, a french lady from St.Tropez that has italian heritage and nor far from i am from, Turin. Ivory Coast a complicated place. wherever you move you are asked for bakshees which is awful. not here though.

自 2025 年初起所有权发生变更。计划于年内进行翻新工程。新主人非常热情、乐于助人。 我们花了一天时间，在餐厅、海滩和游泳池。 游泳池需要翻新，但很宽敞，水也很热，房间都位于游泳池周围。有一个安全的停车场。 您可以毫无问题地使用信用卡付款。 餐厅不错，菜品丰富，份量足，服务有点慢，但就像在科特迪瓦一样。 海滩美丽、干净，有躺椅，而且他们会毫无问题地借给你毛巾。 期待装修完成后再次回来。

我强烈建议不要这么做，因为酒店经理已经失去了人性。我们是周五晚上带着孩子吃完晚饭后（晚上 10 点）到达的，我们把车停在停车场，典狱长非常害怕，告诉我们禁止带着孩子来这家酒店，所以他不能在下面欢迎我们。他老板的命令我觉得不能接受。
这是一家非常值得一去的海滨酒店。泳池很漂亮，环境也无可挑剔。不过，也有一些不足之处，或者说需要改进的地方：早餐比较简陋，在这个水果遍地的国家竟然没有果汁或水果！房间也比较简陋，没有床头灯，衣架也不够，床单很硬。浴室里没有洗发水，没有淋浴门或浴帘，热水要等很久（3分钟）才出来。一月份酒店提供午餐，但不提供晚餐；因为我是在外面吃的，所以无法评价晚餐。
我们在周日晚上到达，没有预订，有一个空停车场（晚上 8:30），受到保安的欢迎和安装（在业主通过电话的控制下）勉强安装在一个小房间里，浴室不是很干净，但我们只是有去那里睡觉，第二天早点离开。刚进房间，警卫就向我们要钱。我们问他是否可以用卡支付，这是不可能的，只有业主通过信用卡兑现。我们要去吃晚饭，我们向他（警卫）解释说我们要同时取钱。我们把所有的行李箱都留在了这个小房间里……并带走了钥匙。 1小时后，吃晚饭时，看门人给我们打电话，问我们是否回来解决房间问题（业主以我们没有遵守协议为借口，威胁要送他回来……收回钥匙，其中包括一个装满物品的房间）个人物品。没有刑事犯罪...接待处关闭了！带着金额到达酒店，并将其交给警卫，他们已经切断了电源...业主很生气地到达，没有说晚安并告诉我们严禁进去带着钥匙出去，而且没有付钱。而且我们晚上 10:00 打扰了她和她丈夫在一起。我们对这 4 个小时的睡眠感到震惊。业主离开了，没有一句道歉的话！我们永远不会设置再次踏足那里。
